Diálogos Hispanos presents a conversation about the impact of the Mexican vote abroad with Arturo Castillo Loza, Electoral Councilor at the National Electoral Institute (INE) in Mexico. This conversation will delve into the complexities of transnational civic engagement and foreign policy.

Castillo Loza received his law degree from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Political Sociology from New York University (NYU). He has specialized studies in telecommunications from the Legal Research Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), in demography from the Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute, and in American constitutional and electoral law from the Washington Center.
