Caminos al Futuro Closing Ceremony

Join the Cisneros Institute to celebrate the graduation of our 10th cohort of Caminos al Futuro Scholars! 

Caminos al Futuro is a three-week, fully funded pre-college program that immerses high school students in a college-like environment on The George Washington University’s campus. Participants gain a firsthand view of policymaking in the nation's capital through visits to Capitol Hill and engage in stimulating lectures and small-group meetings with university professors and national leaders. They also gain valuable insights into the college application process, scholarships, and financial aid in workshops hosted by GW Admissions specialists. 

Caminos Scholars have gone on to attend renowned institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, Yale, the University of Pennsylvania, and the George Washington University; have been selected to receive prestigious scholarships, such as the QuestBridge Scholarship, the Gates Scholarship, and the GW Cisneros Scholars Program; and have implemented community action projects to make a difference in their local communities.
