The Cisneros Scholarship is for four years, but Cisneros Scholars are part of the Cisneros familia forever. Scholars leave GW with the skills and expertise to go on to make an impact in their communities through a broad range of industries and through continued study.
Cisneros Alumni Spotlight: Ivana Mowry-Mora
Born and raised in Ohio, Ivana stepped out of her comfort zone early on in her life to finish high school with a cohort from 90+ different countries in the United World Colleges campus in New Mexico. Having published a paper with Dr. Marie Price on the experiences of DACA students, and currently working as a Community Outreach Fellow for the National Park Service, Ivana is ready to take the world by the reins with her degree in Human Geography.
